Refund policy

Refunds

  • All items sold are final and are not eligible for refunds
  • Refunds will only be granted in the event that purchased items are out of stock and are unable to be fulfilled
  • In. the event of manufacturing defects, you may write to us at gear@therideside.com to process an exchange

Returns & Exchanges

  • Purchased items are permitted to a one time exchange within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • Request for exchanges outside of Singapore will be allowed within 14 days of purchase, all international shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
  • All exchanges are final and after which, no subsequent exchanges will be permitted.
  • All pre-order purchases are final. We DO NOT provide refunds
  • Exchange to lower value item – no refunds or reimbursements will be made
  • Exchange policy:
    • Exchanges to a higher value item – a top-up is required to match the new total order amount.
    • Exchanges to a lower value item – no refunds will be issued.

Returns Instructions

If you need to return an item, please write us an email at gear@therideside.com. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return. Postage charges will apply.

Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging when possible, please include your order number on the outside of the box and address to:

Sale items

  • All SALE purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for SALE items. 
  • SALE purchases are permitted to a one time exchange within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days from date of purchase, all orders are final and no exchanges will be permitted thereafter.
