Snow Warranty

About our warranty

The Ride Side is the ‘Authorised Dealer’ for all the brands we carry and all products sold are covered by their respective brand manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage and claim procedures vary with each manufacturer brand.

While The Ride Side is not responsible for warranty claims and servicing for all items sold, we endeavour to support and communicate all warranty requests to the respective brand manufacturers and provide a smooth and transparent warranty claim experience.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt / e-receipt as proof of purchase.

All claims must be submitted through our online warranty claim form, within (30) days from the date of purchase.

The Ride Side does not provide warranty coverage to the ownership of second hand users, all warranty procedures have to go through the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or normal wear and tear.

Any warranty claims beyond 30 days from date of purchase will not be valid.

The Ride Side reserves the right, as we see fair, to either repair or replace any products covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. This warranty covers the respective defective components only.

  • Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.
